Privacy & data use.

BlackBoxx.ai is an independent AI Systems Lab. This notice describes the public website, not separate services operated by other organizations or the private systems discussed in our technical work.

Public website analytics

Our public pages use Vercel Analytics to understand page visits. The site's integration limits events to public pageviews and excludes query parameters, private routes, and custom form events. It checks browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals and supports a site-level opt-out.

Google Analytics is optional. Our site loads it only after a visitor selects “Allow analytics” in the consent prompt. A preference is stored locally in the browser. We configure Google's advertising and personalization signals as denied.

These choices apply in this browser on future page visits. Clearing site data may reset them.

Messages and correspondence

When you contact us by email, your message, contact details, and any attachments pass through the email services involved and may be retained for correspondence. Please do not send credentials or confidential client records without an agreed secure method.

Retention and privacy requests

Public site analytics and correspondence may be retained by the respective service providers under their policies. The site does not promise a universal fixed deletion period. You may contact us to inquire about information held in connection with this website or request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Requests are assessed against legal, security, and operational recordkeeping requirements.

Other sites and services

BlackBoxx.ai links to outside projects, product vendors, professional profiles, and references. Those destinations have their own terms and data practices. A link or independent product evaluation does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or a formal partnership.
